Richard Warner

Richard Warner is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Warner is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing strategy. Mr. Warner is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers, Gloucester and Salem County Board of Realtors, and the National Auctioneers Association. Some notable clients include the USDA-Farm Service Agency, Wells Fargo Wealth Advisors, PNC Bank, TD Bank, Univest Bank and Trust, First Choice Bank, First Citizens Bank and Trust, Fulton Bank, Pennsville National Bank, Sun National Bank, Colonial Bank, USDA Rural Development, Farm East Credit, Ocean First and The First National Bank of Elmer. The Court has appointed Mr. Warner as a real estate broker, receiver, and auctioneer. He has also worked for several US Bankruptcy Trustees. 

Mr. Warner is a prestigious Missouri Auction School graduate, which is considered the “Harvard of Auctioneering” by Newsweek Magazine and The Certified Auctioneers Institute at the University of Indiana. He is also among 222 people in the United States and Canada who are accredited with the coveted designation (AARE) Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate.

Mr. Warner resides in Pilesgrove Township with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering his time serving on several local boards including the Rotary Club, Woodstown Lacrosse, Marlton Recreation Park, and the Salem County Improvement Authority.

Nikki Donelson

Nikki oversees all internal financial activities and management responsibilities for the company. A native of Salem County, Nikki is a licensed Real Estate agent with years of finance, marketing, and management experience in real estate and construction industries, specializing in industrial, warehouse, and commercial markets for both the private and public sectors. Nikki holds an Associates degree in Marketing from Salem Community College. She is a member of the Canteen Unit of the Salem Fire Department and resides in Pilesgrove Township with her husband, Dwayne, and two daughters.

Charles Joyce

Charlie is a lifetime Salem County resident and local farmer. He lives with his wife on their family farm in Alloway Township and is still actively farming.

Charlie began his real estate career 20 years working for various real estate brokers in Salem County and Ocean City, NJ. Approximately ten years ago, Charlie began working with Warner Real Estate & Auction and thoroughly enjoys working with his real estate colleagues. Throughout his career, Charlie has represented both buyer and seller in the sale of commercial, residential, and investment properties in the southern New Jersey counties and shore areas. He finds great joy in helping people find their ideal home. 

In his spare time, Charlie enjoys traveling with his wife.

With over 25 years of expertise in construction, his portfolio includes building houses, rehabilitating and selling investment properties, and working as a housing and zoning officer. Neal leverages his multifaceted experience to offer top-notch service to his real estate clientele. As a seasoned, full-time real estate sales agent, Neal specializes in sales within rural Salem and Cumberland Counties. He takes pride in his ability to pinpoint property values and effectively showcase them, while confidently offering insights and ideas. Neal's deep roots in Cumberland and Salem counties support his extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas and distinguish him as a trusted advisor in the local real estate market. 

Neil has been married to his wife Megan for over 20 years and they have two children. Neil spends countless hours demonstrating his unwavering support for his children's pursuits. Neal's commitment to his family and community is at the heart of everything he does.

Beth Sedeyn

With 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial sales, Beth provides both her buyers and sellers exceptional service. Whether you are buying your first home or your tenth, Beth does her absolute best to eliminate the stress. If you list your home with her, she will utilize her many years in marketing to bring you a qualified buyer as quickly as possible. When working with buyers, Beth always asks for a "wish list" and "can't live without list." This helps her when searching for properties and prevents wasting her buyers' time showing them properties that won't fit their needs. 

Beth has been a part of the Warner Real Estate and Auction team since 2019. Beth resides in Quinton Township with her husband, Tom. When the pair aren't working, they enjoy spending time with family, especially their grandchildren, riding their motorcycles, and flying their airplanes.

Laura Schweitzer

Lara has been working as a realtor for 19 years, primarily serving Salem, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Atlantic counties. She has worked with numerous buyers and sellers and has helped them navigate the real estate process. Her dedication and hard work have earned her many referrals from her previous clients. She is a very hands-on agent, making sure that each client receives her full attention and is completely satisfied with her performance and knowledge. Lara has been married to her husband, Andrew, for 34 years and together they have a son. They also have three labradors.

Kenneth Coles

Kenneth is a lifelong resident of Salem County. He grew up on a dairy farm in Upper Pittsgrove Township and graduated from Woodstown High School. He earned a BA in Communications with a specialization in Radio, TV & Film from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University). Later, he obtained an Elementary Education Certification from the same institution and began his teaching career. He taught first and fourth grades at the Mary S. Shoemaker School in Woodstown for 28 years before retiring in 2018.

In 2017, Ken became a licensed New Jersey realtor and built a strong foundation based on corporate goals and structure. In 2020, he joined Warner Real Estate & Auction to apply these skills in a more community-based setting and serve his neighbors' real estate needs. He brings passion and dedication to his work each day and focuses on client communication and successful transactions. Ken is committed to a Code of Ethics and considers himself an advisor, advocate, neighbor, and real estate professional. Ken held several positions as a board member of the Chestnut Run Pool Association for over 20 years. He spent the most time as the VP, working closely with staff and operations. He has also been a member of the W-PREA, SCEA, NJEA, and NEA. Currently, he is a member of the GSCBOR, NJR, NAR, and the Salem County Sportsman's Club. Additionally, he has been a bartender in Salem County for over 40 years!

Ken has been residing with his wife, Pamela, in the Borough of Woodstown since 1992.

He has a broad range of experience, from farmland to multi-family beach homes.  Before his real estate career, Ed was a securities investment advisor. He held series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and served in a fiduciary role, helping individuals preserve and build wealth. Ed's extensive experience in real estate and finance gives him a significant and unique advantage when helping clients buy or sell property.  He understands that it is one of the most significant investments that a person can make in their lifetime.  Ed demonstrates that experience matters when you need a real estate professional.

Emily Carlaw is an energetic fixer-upper and designer at heart. She has a deep passion for helping everyone buy a house for less and transform it into their dream home through design tips and direction. She has a background in construction, room design, furniture conversion, and pest control. She uses her knowledge as she is currently renovating her own home.  Her strengths include providing direction to sellers to help them get more money for their homes through budget-friendly tactics.  Emily assists buyers turn the house that fits their budget into their dream home!

Emily works in Salem, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Camden counties. She will work hard to track down a variety of homes to find the ultimate house of your dreams, for any budget!
