August 15 Auction offers opportunities for Individuals, Investors and Builders
GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ — (July 6, 2017) – The City of Gloucester will conduct an online auction of 32 +/- city-owned properties with bidding ending on August 15th. Warner Real Estate & Auction Company, a leading real estate auction firm in New Jersey, has been selected to manage the marketing of the properties and online only auction event. Warner Real Estate & Auction Co has extensive experience working with government entities including Washington Township, Woolwich Township and the USDA Rural Housing Service. Warner, located in Woodstown, NJ will sell 32 +/- properties through an online only auction, with starting bids as low as $2,500, beginning on 08/09/2017 and ending on 08/15/17.
