Richard Warner is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Warner is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing concentration. Mr. Warner is a member of the South Jersey Bankers Association, New Jersey Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers, Gloucester/Salem County Board of Realtors, Salem County Chamber of Commerce, Woodstown-Pilesgrove Business Association, Real Estate Cyberspace Society, Certified Commercial Investment Member (NJ, PA, DE Chapter) and the National Auctioneers Association. He has a proven performance record selling all types of real estate including residential, commercial, farms, land and investment properties throughout New Jersey. He is also one of 222 people in the United States and Canada who is accredited with the coveted designation (AARE) Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate.

Mr. Warner resides in Pilesgrove Township with his wife and two daughters and enjoys conducting charity auctions for a variety of organizations including South Jersey Quail Unlimited, USO of Pennsylvania and Southern NJ, The “V” Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Salem County Christian Academy and the Deborah Hospital Foundation.

Nikki oversees all internal financial activities and management responsibilities for the company. A native of Salem County, Nikki is a licensed Real Estate agent with years of finance, marketing and management experience in the real estate and construction industries, specializing in industrial, warehouse and commercial markets for both the private and public sectors. Nikki holds an Associates degree in Marketing from Salem Community College. She is a member of the Canteen Unit of the Salem Fire Department and resides in Pilesgrove Township with her husband Dwayne and two daughters.

Andrew Ware is the Vice President of Warner Real Estate and Auction Company, as well as a New Jersey licensed real estate sales associate. He holds a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware, as well as a MS in Education from Neumann University. He feels his course load, coupled with his degree related work experience have vastly contributed to his becoming a successful realtor.

Andrew’s interpersonal communication skills, along with his strong writing background enable him to effectively communicate with clients spanning a wide range of ages and racial backgrounds. He transitioned to being a full time real estate agent over three years ago, and he has not looked back. Andrew feels that the sum of his life experiences has left him ideally suited for an excellent career in real estate.

He loves what he does every single day, and rarely does he consider it work. Andrew has sold everything from residential properties, to commercial properties, to land (raw, approved, and improved) during his years in the business. He is an equal opportunist when it comes to working in the conventional real estate market, and the real estate auction market. They are both equally exciting to him, and they both offer an endless stream of valuable career experiences. Andrew considers his ability to put people at ease, his determination, his honesty, his politeness, and his belief in smiling a lot to be the most important tenets of his business model. Megan has been with Warner Real Estate and Auction since 2008 and centers her real estate expertise in residential buying and selling as well as investment properties. Megan has vast experience in rehabbing properties and knowing how to get the most out of investment properties. Megan also works in the public health field and has knowledge regarding environmental factors that affect the quality and sale of properties and homes.

Megan has her BA in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University and her Master’s of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Megan resides in Hopewell Township with her husband Neal and their two children, Gavin and Riley.

Neal is owner of N. Sheppard Construction and has recently joined the Warner Real Estate team. Having experience in the building and remodeling business for over 17 years, Neal has tremendous knowledge in the housing industry. Neal has owned, rehabbed, and sold multiple investment properties in the past, having a niche for knowing where value lies in a property. He plans on focusing his future in the real estate business; investment properties, foreclosures, and helping clients with buying and selling their homes.

Neal prides himself in seeing the potential of properties and finding homes that fit a buyer’s needs. Although Neal was raised in Greenwich Township, Cumberland County, he is very familiar with Salem County as he conducts the majority of his business there. Neal now resides in Hopewell Township with his wife Megan and their two children, Gavin and Riley.

We knew the house could be a difficult sale, given that it was a large colonial estate that we were seeking to sell during the great recession. but you and your company made the entire process run incredibly smoothly for us. From the outset when we discussed your marketing strategy, we knew that your company would tap every possible lead to find a buyer. You used social media and websites to expand our base far beyond the general local advertising route that other realtors utilize. You kept us up to date nearly daily as we moved through your time line to the sale, double checking with all that expressed interest in the property, maintaining communication with leads and eventually finding us a potential buyer. We appreciate the way you took charge in ordering the title, home inspections and termite reports early on so that there would be no delays once we found an interested buyer and in that fashion we had answers to all of their questions before they even bid, thereby lessening the possibility that they would lose interest or default since they already had all the relevant details. We signed a contract with the buyers two days before Hurricane Sandy struck New Jersey. This company, and its leader, Richard Warner, went well above and beyond their original agreement with me to sell my property in Cape May County.
