Rich Warner, CAI, AARE is a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Mr. Warner is a graduate of the prestigious Missouri Auction School, considered the "Harvard of Auctioneering" by Newsweek Magazine and The Certified Auctioneers Institute at the University of Indiana.
Mr. Warner graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a B.B.A. marketing concentration. Mr. Warner is a member of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, South Jersey Bankers Association, Tri-State Commercial Alliance, American Bankruptcy Institute, New Jersey Bankruptcy Trustees Association, New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers, Real Estate Cyberspace Society, Certified Commercial Investment Member (NJ, PA, DE Chapter) and the National Auctioneers Association. He has an extensive background in commercial real estate and has successfully sold real estate using the auction method throughout southern NJ and southeastern PA for private sellers, government agencies and corporate clients.
Mr. Warner is one of 222 people in the United States and Canada who are accredited with the coveted designation (AARE) Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate. Mr. Warner has been the recipient of numerous sales achievement awards from The New Jersey Association of Realtors and Century 21 Corporation.
Andrew Ware, Vice President of Sales/Sales Associate
As a resident of Salem County for the better part of twenty years, Andrew Ware is a natural fit at Warner Real Estate & Auction Company. Andrew is a dedicated NJ licensed real estate agent as well as a NJ licensed elementary school teacher. He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science degree in Instructional Leadership from Neumann College. It is Andrew's goal to use his educational background as well as his work experience to provide his clients with the education and support they need in the real estate market.
Shayna Murray, Marketing Coordinator
Shayna is happy to be the newest addition to the Warner Real Estate & Auction Company team. Shayna's duties include establishing marketing budgets, preparing proposals, and developing custom marketing plans for our clients. She also coordinates and designs the marketing plans and develops the budgets for the real estate auctions. When not working for Warner Real Estate & Auction Company, Shayna can be seen performing with theater groups across South Jersey. Shayna is a graduate of The Real Estate School located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and recently passed the New Jersey Real Estate Exam.
Dennis Sobkiw, Sales Associate/Appraiser
Dennis Sobkiw is a New Jersey licensed sales associate and real estate appraiser for Warner Real Estate & Auction Company. Dennis has performed hundreds of residential real estate appraisal assignments throughout Southern New Jersey. He is an active real estate investor in the Salem County area. His specialty is residential real estate investments including single family homes and multi-unit small apartment buildings.
Leah Landwher, Sales Associate Leah is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at Gloucester County Community College. Her interest in real estate, home building, and marketing prompted her to obtain her real estate license. Leah is very focused and goal oriented and is an integral part of the Warner Real Estate & Auction Company team. Leah is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agent.
Megan Sheppard, Sales Associate
Megan Sheppard is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agent. Megan grew up in Salem County but currently resides in Cumberland County with her husband Neal and son Gavin. Megan’s passion for real estate grew from watching her husband build his construction business by devoting all his efforts in improving other’s real estate treasurers and investments. He taught her about quality features of a home and where value exists in a property. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Along with being a part of the Warner Real Estate & Auction Company team, Megan currently works as bookkeeper and administrator for her husband’s business and sits on a volunteering Board of Directors as Secretary for the Bridgeton Area Police Athletic League. Megan prides herself on hard work and shows this through her successes in education as well as personal and career accomplishments. Megan’s goal is to help people find the perfect solution to their real estate needs.
Nicole "Nikki" Donelson, Sales Associate
Nikki is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agent. As a resident of Salem County, Nikki has a long history of family roots here and will have a vested interest in making sure you find your perfect home. Nikki is a graduate of Woodstown High School and has an Associate’s Degree in Marketing from Salem Community College. Nikki is currently employed with a local construction company and has experience with the construction of new homes whether they are stick-built or modular. Eileen has been a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agent for approximately 25 years. She has been one of the Top Sales People in various companies and an award winner of numerous seller awards. She is an expert in all areas of real estate including large and small parcels of land, commercial, industrial, and investment. Eileen has been married for 35 years has one son and lives with her husband Bruce on their farm just outside of Woodstown.

Charlie Porter is a New Jersey licensed sales associate. He is a life long resident of Mannington Township and a graduate of Salem High School. Charlie is retired with 33 years of service as a lab technician at E I Dupont, Deepwater New Jersey. Charlie is currently the owner of a local business, Lem's Tailoring and Dry Cleaning on Main Street. He is an active member of Morning Star Baptist chruch of Woodstown. Charlie is married with three children and six grandchildren. He looks forward to serving the community and meeting their real estate needs.
